As soon as the returned product(s) with its/their original packaging are received back to our warehouse in good condition, PatisoL team will issue your refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

-Voluntary Returns:
In the event that you wish to return an item due to personal preference, please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required. In such cases, the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping fees.
-Ineligible Items for Return or Refund:
Items without quality issues that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns or refunds.
It is important to note that products with stains, damages, or modifications may only qualify for partial refunds or may not be eligible for refunds, depending on the circumstances. -You must file a warranty claim to info@patisol.com within the respective Warranty Period from the date you received it.
-You must file the warranty claim within 30 days from the date that the defect is made known to you.
-You must show, via clear photos, video, or any other medium, the defect in your product and the associated defect is eligible for returning and refunding in your claim.

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. However, during this process, we incur irreversible fees.
