The PatisoL team works closely with our delivery partners, schedules delivery appointment with your provided email/phone number, and does our best to keep you updated. Please note that delivery methods may be vary by product types. Our pergolas are delivered by our trucking delivery partners. For awnings, delivery is carried by FedEx or UPS.
Where do you ship?
PatisoL currently does USA only. We ship to the 48 states (except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam) cross the country. However, because of the nature of our products, some specific regions may not be covered, please reach us at info@patisol.com for more insight.
When will I receive my order?
Most items are usually shipped within 3 business days. However, we do recommend allowing up to 1-2 weeks for your order in peak times, such as a special offer or promotion.
How do I track my order?
Your order confirmation email will contain your tracking number, order details, and delivery information.
The pergolas are delivered by the truck company. We highly recommend checking your messages of the provided phone number relating to delivery appointment and signature service after the order placed. Truck delivery generally takes 3-10 days from shipment to delivery. It may vary from climate and your location.
For awnings are fulfilled by the merchant, delivery is by express, and the carrier is FedEx or UPS.
Taxes and other charges
Depending on the country/region of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT, import duties, etc.
